Overview

PRESENTATION is EVERYTHING

With over 40 years of combined experience in the fashion and foodservice industries, we’re uniquely in tune with the tastes and trends of both – like the current juxtaposition of refined dishes served up in a casual setting. As dining becomes less formal and food becomes more sophisticated, we’re keeping pace with an extensive inventory of fashion-forward staples complemented by expert sourcing capabilities. Pair that with our in-house customization and you’ll find we’re perfectly positioned to create distinct looks that enhance your aesthetic.

But, even as fashions change, our philosophy remains the same – that the people who prepare and serve food are as much of a part of a successful dining experience as the food itself. Regardless of whether you style is buttoned-up or dressed-down, presentation is everything.

The Hotel Hershey

When The Circular at The Hotel Hershey underwent historic renovation, High-End Uniforms was proud to be selected to design custom uniforms for their front of house staff. This iconic, American fine dining restaurant required classic cut uniforms perfectly balanced with contemporary styling, thus honoring the strong traditions and innovations of its founder Milton Hershey. With much collaboration the resulting uniform package stays true to the high standards of The Circular while providing modern sophistication.

The Modern

Last year when “The Modern” at MOMA was in need of a new server vest with a new uniform provider, we were quick to respond. Working to provide them with a highly sophisticated yet highly durable and functional vest option, we set to work to understand where their “pain points” were with their existing uniform and how best to solve those problems. Understanding that durability was of key concern, we provided one of our existing vests as a pattern sample along with fabric swatches in which to choose their vest fabric. Once a fabric swatch was selected, we had our factory produce a sample in both the men’s and women’s cut for final approval. Within eight weeks the production was complete. We were able to provide a more tailored vest option for both men and women while addressing their concerns of function and durability.

Five Loaves Café

Casey, the owner of Five Loaves Café saw a pouch apron at a restaurant client of ours while traveling, he asked where they purchased their aprons from. Casey then contacted us, and after the initial consultation we sent a sample pouch apron out for his review. With Casey’s feedback to make one of the pockets deeper, we were able to produce the pouch apron with the deeper pocket in two custom colors, one for his existing restaurant as well and the other for an upcoming concept. Casey opted to have his restaurant logos stitched onto the pouch aprons to complete the look. The minimum requirement for this project was 72 piece per color. As we have moved forward, when Casey needs more pouch aprons High-End is able to turn them around in 2-3 weeks’ time.

Carmel Country Club

When Carmel Country Club was looking for a custom apron to complement their existing server shirt uniform, we were able to work within a tight timeline to accommodate their needs. We produced two custom aprons, a full bistro and a half bistro that completed their look and met their desired uniform rollout date.
